I am waiting for technician for more then a month, he visited once and did something and told that machine need membrane replacement if problem reoccur. As my purifier is under warranty he will get approval and come back. same problem started next day in fact one another that it started overflowing also. Again lodged second complaint (that to 20days back) hence he was not responding but till date no one visited. Gave many calls to customer care but only one response that our technician will visit you mam for sure today. Don't think writing a complaint will help us, was being fooled to hear about good customer support and bought this product. One more thing that I want to highlight about the horrible English language this support people speak, we start fumbling after talking to them, they don't even understand what you try to say. Please put them to local language department and hire someone who can speak in good English and hindi.
