Eureka Forbes — Water filter service request never addressed | |
I have never seen such a ridiculos service as of Eureka Forbes. They take the service request and never send anyone. Keep calling the customer center, many a times none pick the call and you get a message all customer service executives are busy.
i am due for a filter change more than 4 months but these irresponsible guys do not turn up. Wureka has pathetic service! NEVER BUY IT! Was this information helpful? | |

I too have same experience, Service request raised promptly but no response.
