[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Water Leakage of my Aqua Guard purifier Complaint # [protected] | |
My Aqua Guard purifier is having water leakage since May 20th. I raised a complaint (# [protected]) on 25th May 21 by calling their customer support # [protected]. They informed me due to corona situation there will be delay in service. I said I was OK if it was a matter of 1 week of wait. But now 11 days have passed by there is no response from their end. I escalated to Deepa and their CEO's email id since then. They have also not responded. Strangely When I try to escalate to Ms. Anu Kotian or Ms. Vinath Hegde or to their ombsman at https://www.eurekaforbes.com/ombudsman/ it says my ticket is not valid. But I do have the whats up message from Eureka Forbes [protected] with the complaint # [protected] opened on 25th May. Only on Apr 2021, I renewed my AMC contract with them for 1 year for Rs 5000. Sadly after pocketing the money they show no inclination to address my issue. Very disappointed with their service. Either they should refund my AMC amount or provide me service in a timely manner.
