Poor service from eureka team We have taken an amc for aquaguard dated 11/10/[protected] however not a single time, our amc servicing was done on time. Every time, we have to remind the team to come and service. Last two years, its the same poor service standard. This time also amc was due on 11th april, however the contact person anoop ( [protected]) mobile is switched off. Today we faced some power issue and lodged complaint 86598226 dated 13th april 2016, the person vinay ( [protected]) came and supposedly rectified, however after 15 min itself, the problem came again, when we called vinay, he said that the job will be done tomm as spare ( fuse) is not available. I questioned him that when he has come to rectify, at the same time he should have replaced the fuse rather than shortcut. Now at late night, we need to buy water due to negligent and inefficient service by your engineer. Also when we asked vinay on amc, he informed that it will be done by anoop only which is quite surprising. We should also be compensated on amc delay which is a regular affair.
