[Resolved] Eureka Forbes Water Purifier — aquaguard water purifier | |||
The Eureka Forbes customer care has sent a very poor technician Mr. Imitiyaz . He is absolutely unethical in his service and has no professionalism. He came 2 hours later than the time he was told to come. It's dinner time and kitchen is a very busy place during nights, still this has been foreseen and considered . He is rude in his behaviour and tone of speech is highly unacceptable. It's a very disappointed service. The tube has come out now and water is flowing out in jet speed . The only way to stop water is by switching of the main valve which affects all the residents in the apartments . We have to suffer so much just for a simple servicing. It's very poor .
