my Aquaguard Classic UV Water Purifier are stop to work from April (only 8 Days work after buying) & No Technician or officer still visit and solve my problem after many complaints.
I decide to buy your company Eureka forbes company water purifier in April month. For the product i call the registered dealer of my location Mr. sunil, he was visit my home and told me to buy "Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Classic UV Water Purifier" model as per my force of water and quality of water.
he sent technician to fitting the product, the technician come and fit the product but so many tried from him the product not start or work. after two days he sent another senior technician for re-fitting, he is also not capable to start the product. after three days another one visit and after re-fitting my product was start to work but very low water force. when i ask him the reason he told me, its a very good model that’s why force of water is low.
after the use of 8 days i seen the very small germs in the store water and the very next day its totally stop to work.
when i called the dealer he told me his not responsible for the product and called to customer care for the service and after that ignoring my mobile cal.
i search the customer care no. on internet and registered my complaint to your customer care service that the product are completely stop to work.
after two days a one technician Mr. Bhusan visit to my home check the product and told me a very wrong machine sale by dealer to you and the machine are not as per your requirement and giving me the senior no. Mr. sandip kene and suggest me to ask him.
when i call Mr. sandip kene about my problem and its urgency he assure me to visit my home. but still date he is not visit and show his interest to solve my problem. After some days same he is not attend my mobile call or not take any efforts to give a single visit on such a urgency.
from april to still date i regularly register so many complaint to your customer care pay service of Mumbai region as well as Free customer care no. of the product but no technician or any company officer are not come to my home to solve this problem.
I also call the area Head of the Product Mr. Sagar but he is also not provide any kind of help to me.
Because of the rainy days the quality of water in my location are regularly decline.
