[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Water Purifier: Bad Odour in RO water & Green Algae formation in Tank | |||
I have purchased Green RO from Eureka Forbes on 01.05.2013, after 4 months o[censored]se i have encountered Green Algae formation in my water purifier, i lodged a complaint & a service person came & cleaned the tank, again the same problem is repeated but no resolution from your side. It get worsed when i have a repeated complaint of bad odour in RO water & generation of Green Algae in Tank, I have been lodging complaints repeatedly but no resolution was provided by Eureka Forbes. Complaint no. 75562977 dated 22.03.14, & previously made complaints but no response from Eureka Forbes's side. Kindly support in this matter.
