[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Poor Service standards | |||
I(Customer id : [protected]) raised a complaint ([protected]) on 4th Jan at 9 AM for my water purifier. And since then have been in constant follow up with helpline. Have been given various numbers by various people. However no one has turned up for servicing. Have tried the escalation mechanism but to no avail. Terrible service and no accountability by the company. The helpline gives numbers of the local team and the local team does not pick up the call. The last person i was in touch was a Mr Ganesh from Mulund. Was this information helpful? | |||
