Dear Sir,
We own a Water Purifier Compact Model of Eureka Forbes since more than 2 Years
Before we were using the earlier version but as due to non availability of parts the Co. Person has asked to replace with a new one on a discount rate.So we had purchased the same.
We have also taken the Annual Contract for service as regard the same as well.
Continuing Copy of Contract also enclosed for a quick view.
Now since last Six month We have calling & asking the Co. & the service centre
for servicing the same as the machine has totally stopped to function.
Before all this stuff the Co. Person has came with an offer as earlier that the machine is outdated
so Company is availing you a new machine on discount rate which we have neglected.
After that no one is making provision for attending the same even if the service is booked
by Net or Phone call.
This is all seems to be a fraud being trapped with the customer by the Co for harassing
& making the Customer to purchase their new products.
I ask why the service is not taking place when the same model Compact Water Purifier
is also being sold online by the Company.
Please kindly take a prompt action as against the same at the earliest.
Do take the matter with the head as all seem to be involved in the same that either
the customer purchase their product or no service will be provided.
Please let a response at the earliest.
