I purchased my water purifier from Pune in June 2022. This Eureka Forbes water is not even a year old and the outer fibre body part cracked on 18th May 2023.
Since that day I am calling the customer care and following up with the service technicians. It cracked on it's own. No-one was home at that time.
The technician says that he will visit only if I agree to purchase the body part, because it's not under warranty. My problem is that I can't reach the machine, it's high up on the wall. It's heavy so I cannot remove it and bring it down either. How can I be blamed for breaking it. It is an issue with the quality of the product. Now that it's broken and I am repearedly requesting for assistance.
Atleast someone could visit and see what has happened.
I have requested to raise the concern to the senior departments instead of calling me through customer care and showing me how sorry you are. The customer care and the technicians are closing the complaints, repeatedly without resolving or even visiting the premises.
It's a shame that such a reputed company's functions this way.
Kindly schedule a visit, get the fibre body or the entire machine replaced.
I will not mind making this public and an ugly matter for all. I guess, in India, petty problems cannot be resolved as they should without it becoming an ugly, sticky matter in public. Was this information helpful? |
