[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Water purifier filter cartridge failure before service life mentioned on user manual | |||
Hi, I had purchased water purifier Dr.Aquaguard Magna HD RO + UV on dated 17th June 2016 and the Customer ID is-[protected]. As per the service life of the filter cartridge mentioned on the user manual is 6000 Litres & it is frustrating that since the last one week the filter had stopped working. Then I had booked the complaints the service team & he confirmed me that all filter cartridge are block & need to be replace. But in my family having two members and daily consumption of water is approximate 6 Litres. It means we have consumed only (6*30*9=1620 Litres of water ) & Filter cartridge are blockage before the service life mentioned on the user manual like i, e 6000L In my opinion such type of filter cartridge failure due to manufacturing defect / product quality and these are covered under warranty for the replacement. I have already raised the service request ([protected]) for replacement of the filter cartridge & still no action .
