My eurek forbes water purifier genius, demanded service. Technician came on 9th sept. 1 pm. Changed 3 candles then announced to our horror that the mother board is damaged, and left saying he can not do it now. Advised us to register a complain again. After 48 hours there is no one to attend it. We have been buying water since then for cooking and drinking purpose. No body even picking phone when we are trying to reach the number given by the technician. Why should a genuine customer suffer like this? Please help.
