Ref: Cust. ID: [protected], We purchased the water filter in October 2020. And this filter started giving trouble from the month of 19th December 2020. Please see the history of my complaints in your records. Your service engineer is attending and within a week my filter would stop working. The same has been repeated since December 19th. Is our filter problem not solved due to your engineer's incompetence or did you sell us a defective water filter? If your engineer is incompetent please send a competent person to fix the problem immediately or replace this defective water filter with a good quality filter. Recently your engineer attended to close the complaint number [protected] on 05 July 2021 and it worked that day. It ceased to function again on July 6, 2021.
