The customer id is [protected]. During a routine service as part of my amc for two years for innova water purifier the hook which holds the back of the equipment has been damaged. I have made many follow ups via customer care but this issue is not addressed inspite of amc and reflects poor service provided by eureka. As a follow up one technician came and he was not even communicated about the nature of request thought it was routine service. This is the kind of attention to complaints and i have been a customer for ten plus years

Updated by Ganeshan Venkatesan My request is still not resolved this is 16th of August 2017 almost 12 days after I lodged multiple complaints and no one seems to be bothered
