Purchased Aquasure - Delight water purifier from Amazon and Installation request (#[protected]) was raised from Eureka Forbes for the same. After the request was raised, no technician turned up for installation. Its been 6 days since the request was raised and no call from any one in Eureka Forbes.
Tried reaching their sloppy customer care who don't have a clue on where the request is and who is handling the request. I escalated multiple times couldn't get hold of customer care escalation team. The repeated response from customer care team is escalation manager is busy and you will get a call back. No one bothered to call. Was this information helpful? |
