Hi, I have taken AMC services for Dr Aquaguard water Purifier from Eureka forbes .
I have raised a service request on 28 March 2022 stating unit is not working .
Next day technician attended service request and said some part is not working and will come back and replace .
But thereafter, no technician has attended the service request .
It's been 10 days now, i am calling day and night to the customer care but no positive feedback yet .
I have escalated this matter till higher level but still no luck .
We are buying bisleri cans from outside and feeling helpless now .
Please consider this and help .
