[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — water purifier not filter water

Dear sir,
I taken one water purifier in november 2018 and machine under warranty for one year.in between i have issue in water is not purified and this machine is unusable for me. They are forcing me to take one extra filter with cost. Its totally injustice for me as customer.
I already given lots of complain in one month now they told we will not give nay service. Below the complain number for your reference.

Updated by Abhiram yadav One call comes from Eureka Forbes customer care and update me that they informed all seniors.
Still issue persist and awaiting for company response on this.I requested them its a sensitive issue related water and i have family with two kids please resolve issue by tomorrow.
