[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — Water purifier not repaired under warranty despite on constant calls for over 3 weeks

Despite of a call made to the customer care to check our filter the answer we were given is to change the filter wherein it was not even being used for 3 months
Alright! going with the suggestion of changing the filter inside, still we faced the same issue. finally after speaking to the custmer care nce again they send their representative to check who said that the switch was not working n had to b replaced .

now again! after several calls n reminders we havent got anyone to change the switch..didnt expect this pathetic service from a reputed company n a brand like urs. basic necessacity water!!! n this is the level of seriouness it is dealt with.

In every three months its start generating bad water and bad smell .. i have to ask for repair every time its my new machine only still not completed one year and i have made repairs twice ..

every time engineer come and replace some parts and charge 300 to 500 rs

kindly send some one on urgent basis

We had received sms that Mr. Mohammed Yusin Khan will be coming for service of aquaguard, but no one has turned up instead we again received sms that replacement of some part was done for Rs305. Kindly look up to the following matter ASAP and send someone for regular and proper service.
