[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — water purifier not working - service request not attended | |||||
I have brought aquaguard magna nxt ro water purifier. In less than four months o[censored]sage, water is not getting filled in the tank I raised a service request through the toll free number. Service request: [protected] on saturday[protected]. The call center personal mentioned, it will be attended on the next day (19th) Again i called the toll free number twice on monday[protected] again with the same reply that it will be arranged as quickly. Again i called toll free on 21st to escalate it. But the call center personal put the call on hold and then cut the call. No reply to the email send to customer care on 21st as well!!! Sad plight. On top of that, i get calls twice on the feedback for customer service. Sheer nonsense. I have completely lost the trust on eureka forbes both in product quality as well as service. Till now no service personal has even called me that it will be attended in a 'near future possible date!!' Shame on eureka forbes Was this information helpful? | |||||
