Eureka Forbes — Water purifier part on warranty not replaced | |||
In July the main circuit board of my Aquaflo DX water purifier was replaced as the machine was not starting (it was charged and I have the receipt). In Sept I again called the local service center as the machine stopped working again. Their person came to see the machine and told that the main circuit board again needs replacement and that same would be done in 3-4 days. Now after calling them multiple times for about two months they are not sending anyone to replace the main circuit board, which I was told was on 6 month warranty. I have also made a request on their helpline[protected], ticket no. 84185912, on 1st Nov, but still there is no response. Was this information helpful? | |||
