On december 24, 2017, i contacted eureka forbes customer care with a problem related to my ef water purifier. I was told that a technician would visit my residence the same day at 2 pm. At the said time when the technician did not turn up, i called up eureka forbes again only to be told that the technician will be there in half an hour. At 5 pm when the technician wasn't still at my residence, i called up eureka forbes again to be told that the technician will be there in an hour and resolve my query. When the technician finally did not visit on december 24, i called up eureka forbes to be told that now its beyond the time-limit and hence the technician will not visit. I have been calling up since the morning only to be given false hopes again and again and again. And every time, the customer service executives kept on telling me that we are escalating your request on the highest priority and your issue will be resolved soon. They kept on saying that your concerns have been recorded and that they have apparently asked the service engineer to call me half an hour before entering my house. Since 2pm i waited for the engineer to visit my residence. However, no one visited and i had a very important appointment at 5pm which i had to miss as a result of the false and fake claims given by the customer service executives. It seems as if the engineer was the customer and i was made a scapegoat. When i asked one of the customer service executives to transfer the call to a senior, she put my call on hold for a few seconds and informed that the senior is busy. On the next call when i asked for a senior, this time the customer service executive replied that there wasn't any senior ever at the service centre. Also throughout my interactions with the customer service executives, i was told that i will be getting emails of my conversations and updates from the customer service executives. However, till now i haven't received even a single email. On top of it the customer service executives kept on promising me timelines after timelines only to be not met. Literally felt as if i am. Begging for their attention while they're having peanuts at their will. Is this what eureka forbes' customer care is all about? Ef wasted my entire time, made me miss an important appointment and more than that, my water purifier issue hasn't been resolved till now.
Now if i'm trying to raise and escalate the issue to the ef ombudsman, the website is giving an error saying that the ticket no [protected] is no longer valid. Was this information helpful? |
