Eureka Forbes — Water Purifier Repair still pending after 12 days | |||
My 1 month old water purifier stopped working on Aug 26, 2021 and I raised a service request on the Eureka Forbes app on the same day. Now it has been 12 days since and nobody has come to fix the problem. Calling the customer care is useless as they keep saying "we have escalated the issue". Customer care helpline says that Mumbai office is responsible and Mumbai office does not even pick up calls. Please either change my machine or provide refund and take the machine.
