My ro - acquaguard enhance, has not been maintained since more than 5 months now, unlike every 3 month mandatory service that was generally provided. I have complained on your toll-free number numerous times since, in last 1 month but to no avail. Every time i am told that the executive will contact me within 48 hours but there has been no call from anybody.
These are the complain reference numbers i have got on smss from your company on my mobile.

[protected] - 9/11/17
Every time i have been told that the reference number is in some body else's name. How can that happen?
I even talked to the senior supervisor of the call center mr. Sonu mahato on 9th nov 2017. He promised to escalate the matter and get back to me within 48 hours (Again!) and again, nothing has been done.
In the meantime the quality of water from my ro has deteriorated and now it tastes different. Both my husband and i had viral fevers and are currently having severe bout of coughing which can be attributed to the poor quality of water.
I have sent 2 emails too to the customer care center. I got standard reply from the computer.

It is not flowing water. Kindly arrange to rectify as early as possible.
