[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — water purifier ro system not working for more than a week | |||||
I have a valid service contract with eureka forbes to service my water purifier. They have not serviced it inspite of raising a complaint on 13th july 2017 though their service level commitment agreed is 24 hrs. Inspite of several escalations to their service managers to date have not received support. My complaint number is [protected] raised on 13th july 2017 Inspite of having a valid service contract the product is not working for over a week with no support.
