[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Water purifier RO system not working under AMC | |
It is intimated that I have a Eureka forbes RO system and I got its AMC done for two years. My filter is still covered under AMC. My RO is not working since last 10 days or so. I have lodged many complaints on toll free numbers and complaint numbers are : [protected] dated 26 Jul 2014, [protected] dated 30 Jul 2014,[protected] dated 01 Aug 2014, [protected] dated 04 Aug 2014, [protected] dated 05 Aug 2014 but no response at all till date. I am forced to purchase water from market despite having RO system at my house under AMC because of poor response from the company.
May I request you to take an appropriate action on the issue at the earliest. I shall be grateful to you.
