I am using Aquaguard - Geneus (Active copper) water purifier and registered a complaint through call center on 22nd Jun 2021 and complain number is[protected] for service purpose as service indicator is blinking. Call attend by Mr. Renjit . Subsequently I got a sms pm 23rd jun 2021 with request no. [protected], where as no one has turned up since 10 days.
