No technician was assigned for Mandatory Request No. [protected]. This was pending from 9th June 2022 onwards.
I paid for AMC and the catridges should be replaced in AMC.
I gave the request for service and to change the catridges (Repair Request No. [protected]).
Again no technician was assigned for the above request.
Escalated many times this issue but no positive response from Eureka.
Water quality is degrading and it may cause health issues for my entire family.
