Eureka Forbes — Water purifier under AMC but issue not resolved for more than a week

Last week water stopped coming from my water purifier which is under AMC. I raised a complaint regarding this to the customer care and they assured that it will be resolved in a day or two. After 2 days I again reminded them that my problem has not been solved they told me that they have put my complaint in the highest priority and will be attended. But it’s been more than a week I haven’t received any assistance from them. Now I request to kindly return my AMC money which they have taken as they have not been able to fulfill the need.
