Even after repeated complaints, the problem has not been resolved. I complained on september 2, 2017. All i get is false assurance, mental harassment and numbers of various people. I want strong action to be taken against irresponsible people who fail to understand the emergency of a customer. If you can not provide service then why do you sell products. So much time is wasted in getting a product repair for which we have paid. Was this information helpful? |
