I had purchased the Aqua guard water purifier last year i.e. 10th June 2020 and for one year I had not faced any issues. On 17th July 2021, water has stopped and I had called the customer care on 17th July and on 18th June Sachin technician has attended and replaced the filers and charged Rs 5100.
After one week, the water has stopped and the red service light is displayed. Again called the Customer care and the same technician has came and replaced an part in the purifier. After three days again the water has stopped and Sachin has replaced the power cable.
After four days, the water has over flowing from the purifier and called Customer care and this time, Sonthosh Shindhe has came and replaced the mother board. After two days, the same issue (red light displayed) and water stopped.
From one week onwards I am calling daily to the customer care and daily they are informing that the technician will visit but still now the technician has not visited.
Very very disappointed with service and the behavior of Sonthosh Shindhe. Sonthosh Shindhe is very rude and request you to take action and at least now please send the technician. Was this information helpful? |
