Eureka Forbes — Water purifier(aquasure delight RO+UV+MTDS) malfunctioning | |
This is the worst water purifier I have ever bought. It stopped working only after 2 months. Even worst than the product is the service of Eureka Forbes. They repaired the product and created several other problems like water started leaking, it stopped beeping, it even doesn't show tank full even when the tank is full. The worst experience that I am facing now is water overflows the tank. It has been 2 months since I complained the issue. They have not yet resolved the issue. Neither they are replacing the product. Now they don't even receive my phone. Worst experience of buying. They are providing cheap product and service as well. Complaint no.[protected] Was this information helpful? | |
