Eureka Forbes — Wet and Dry Clean Vacuum Cleaner

Hi, I have purchased wet and dry vacuum cleaner 29.01.2013. Exactly after one year(end of warranty) the motor stopped working. When we raised a complaint, service engineer suggested to change the motor(Rs.3000 for motor). We argued for quality of the motor and finally we agreed to pay for the motor. After that we raised request for change the new motor(complaint number :[protected]. I am really amazed with reply from eureka forbes reply, Currently they don't have the motor stock and we have waiting for more than two months. still their reply is Motor is not available. I am really fed up with their after sales service. We had spent Rs.12000/- for this wet and dry cleaner(Really worst product). hardly used and motor life is very poor. We are ready to pay for the new motor and company is not ready to change the motor. Please help on this issue. Regards A.Sathish Kumar +91 [protected]
