[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Wet and dry vacuum cleaner | |||||
Complaint no. 99595148 Customer id [protected] This has reference to the wd vaccum cleaner that we have purchased on 14th may 2017 In few days only the vaccum cleaner started getting off for every minute. The dust is getting out of dust canister. It is so very irritating to cleanup thing that im actually fed up. I have slip dics which have got worse because of such bad vaccum cleaner. On 2nd june 2017 i called executive mr adinath on [protected] and told him about the problem n asked him to rectify it immediately. He said he’ll visit on the same day. But he didn’t turned up. For 2 days i was waiting for him but didn’t turned up. On 4th june 2017 i called him twice but he disconnected, such an irresponsible person. Who don’t even have a courtesy to call back till date i:e 19th june 2017 On 5th june 2017 i called to call centre and spoke with madhu. Told him the whole case and asked him to refund the money and collect the product. He took my complaint n said i will get call from team in 48 hrs. Till now i:e 19th june i have not received any call. On 12th june i again called call centre and spoke with female executive. She heard my problem and disconnected the call. So very rude behavior and ill mannered. I again called call centre and spoke with vijay patil and told him the whole problem and asked him to arrange for a refund and collect the product. He like a parrot too said in 48 hrs i’ll receive call from team but till date i:e 19th june 2017 i have not received any call. These all people representating eureka forbes so irresponsible so are the managers who don’t have the responsibility to solve my issue. I have received damage product and company people are least bothered to solve this. I even not received euroclean iglide which was in the offer as well. Attached is the advertisement.
