Eureka Forbes — wet & dry vacuum cleaner service

With regard to my service request no. [protected], they sent technician one mr. Prabhu he replaced vacuum cleaner motor and assumed that the cable auto winding will be attended with in two or three days and collected check for (Rs.4280/-). But he didn't turned up again. At same time he has not given me proper receipt for i paid.
