Eureka Forbes — Worst After sale service | |||
I purchased aqauguard from Eureka Forbes 1.5 years back. The RO is not working for last 5-6 days. I am calling the customer care department daily at least twice but all they say is sorry for the inconvenience and we will send our technician shortly. However, even after 5 days of registering complaint, no one has come to check the machine. Not even a single phone call from their side. This is the WORST POSSIBLE after sale service I have experienced. Was this information helpful? | |||
