Eureka Forbes — Worst after sales service for Eureka kordfree vacuum cleaner | |
This is by far the worst ever aftersales service by eureka forbes. I raised request on 8th Nov 2020 for kordfree vacuum cleaner not working which was under warranty period. Ref no. [protected]. After one month, the vaccum cleaner was taken from me on 20 Dec 2020.Rajesh was the person +[protected]. Inspite of repeated followup (ticket numbers [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]). i have not received back my vacuum cleaner. The service executive is not responding. Escalation mail has not been able to even provide a proper update. The person who took away the vacuum cleaner is now not answering the call. Was this information helpful? | |
