It's been 2 years since I bought RO water purifier from Eureka Forbes and my worst experience continues... Each time I had to escalate all my issues to Mr. Marzin (CEO) to get some response from them. To avoid any more issues as per their service person's request I had gone for an AMC and as part of it they were supposed to provide 4 services in a year. To my surprise there were not a single service provided until I conacted them continuously. That too it was provided just few days before the AMC was about to expire. After that service my unit is not working and I have been contacting them for the service. They are supposed to provide 3 more service but now they charge for each service. Eureka Forbes become one of most money looting company in India no doubt on it. It seems like they have changed their company moto "Get Money Forget Us"... very very poor service. Look at the number of complaints all over social media and other websites. They never learn from it. They found that there is noone to question or to take action against them. I'm sure there won't be a single customer who is 100% happy with these money looting company. Very sad to say it's better you all be out if this business. #Gokhlani #Marzin #neveragaineurekaforbes
