I have bought Dr aquaguard magna HD RO+UV product. All of a sudden the machine stopped working due to power supply issues. I have lodges a complaint in their customer care on 18th September 2016. Today it's 3rd Oct, 2016 and still the issue has not been solved. Whenever I call up the customer care it's the same response that they will get it done. I am very much unhappy with the product and worst ever service.
