Eureka Forbes — Worst service ever | |||
I have been calling Eureka Forbes for the 7th time today for getting my filter tap fixed, every time I am promised that they will send someone buy noone have turned up yet. This is after paying Rs. 6000 AMC. The filter costs Rs.16000 and we were not told that the service charges will be Rs.5500 annually because thats the cost of the candles/mechanism inside.The tap that comes with a Rs.16000 filter has always been unsteady and wobbly which finally fell off after a year. The filters pipe got blocked after a year and we had to go through the endless calls and follow ups to get that fixed just like we r doing now to get the tap fixed. I regret having bought such an expensive fiilter expecting that service and quality will match the price. Was this information helpful? | |||
