[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Worst service for product under warranty magnafilter | |||||
I bought Magna model of Eureka Forbes filter which cost me some 17 thousand rupees in Feb-2015, we hardly used 3-4 month and filter is not working. I have been complaining from past 4 months, 2 times technician came stated problem filter need to get replaced. There after none of the executive team has visited my door step and I have been calling to customer care number which they always say only sorry and they have updated to backed team.. I don't understand business model and it cleared that how you fool people for some money.. I do have many complaints number and recording of calls.. here are few complaint number 84071873, 84095046, 84095056 so on... Worst part is web link to raise and escalate service request never work (http://www.eurekaforbes.com/Product/Escalate-Your-Service-Request) I am fed-up calling customer care executive, the only good thing Eureka Forbes holds is very good sales guys who can fool customers. Please note that with this service you will not be able to survive in market and it is one of worst experiance and I am regretting after opting your product.. I request all the people not to opt Eureka forbes product!! Hey Eureka Forbes you suck. I’ve been on hold to your call centre for months.
