[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — worst service in spite of having paid AMC

i have a Aquasure RO+UV which is under AMC for which i have paid around 4700/-.since 10-11 days i have filed a complaint with the customer care about its disfunction but inspite of my repeated requests and calls nobody is there to take care of it and to resolve my issue.4-5 days before a person came to see it but he said that there is a problem in the adapter and will be resolve the next day but no response after that, ...no body is ready to take responsilbilty .i dont know how such a big company is running with so careless customer support ...they are just taking money from customers and running away...
