Eureka Forbes — Worst service - technicians does not fix the told issues, but bills for the unwanted things. Issue still unresolved | |||||
The service provided by eureka forbes for aquasure xpert is really worst. I had raised a request to aquasure to fix the overflowing issues of the water purifier which used to leak due to sensor issue in the water purifier. However, the technician who attended the issue did not fix the current issue, but installed the filters in the purifier which was not necessary at all. The filters which he installed were did not have a original seal on it and looked like a duplicate filters or the refurbished ones. These technicians in eureka forbes are cheating both customers and company by installing these duplicate filters, playing with the customers health and company's reputation. The technicians like are spoiling the name of the company and are not worth to be with. I tried to contact this technician numerous times, he is just playing with our time. He picks the call in the morning and says he will attend the issue but he does not attend even after the end of the day. This is been repeating from almost a month now. I have been raising complaints and the follow up requests almost every alternative day but of no use, i'm just wasting my time, however the money invested on the water purifier is just a waste due to lack of service from eureka forbes. Technicians should always be the backbone of the company. But these kind of technicians will demolish the name of the company.
