We own Aqua Total RO for the past 5 Years and since then we are facing problem every now and then. We were advised to enter into the AMC and we did it. Surprisingly every time they service the equipment it will work for only one day and it will get impaired often. We were pushed into deep trouble without water and ended up in buying the same old distilled water can. We had severe stress because of this and finally decided not to use the product and were purchasing water can for the last 3 months (since July 2014). Recently we decided to go the product as some of our friends suggested to renew the AMC. We called the service center and entered into an AMC of 2 years ending up paying a huge sum of Rs. 8000 on 02.10.2014. On the day Mahatma's Birthday, the great legend who showed the way of customer satisfaction, as a simple customer we believed that this AMC at least will finally throw our worries of day to day Water problem. But to our unfortunate, again it stopped working since this morning (03'Oct 2014) leaving only chaos in our home and frustration when guests visit our place. This totally made us deep troubled and no one can give back the peace of mind we lot at this moment. When we call the customer care, we again left at '0' by getting a response "It will be serviced soon as this is festival holidays time".. Hope many other families facing the same problem but not openly addressing it in the global forum. Can any one reputed senior official of Eureka Forbes, who may be reading this complaint, can look into this and take immediate action and restore the lost peace at our homes.. Expecting a positive and permanent responsive action from the world famous company.. Alternatively, I would appreciate if anyone can refer to the procedures and compliance of getting compensation for the hassles through consumer court in such cases. Ravikumar K, Bangalore [protected]
