[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — wrong name

Hi team,

Mine name wrongly updated in your database i have sent mail to change this and request[protected] was created for same but still it's not update and when i asked for update they have again created the request[protected].
Only request is getting created but no resolution on the request.
Please educated you customers service team.
