Last month i got a message from company that my unit is due for mandatory service on 18th november. But till today nobody have been arrived for mandatory service. Every time it is happening. OK. I will wait with patience for another fifteen days to get mandatory service under AMC coverage of my aquasure expert water purifier unit. But if mandatory service is getting late then what about emergency services. Perhaps it will be out of reach of customers. Thank you so much madam.
