Eureka Forbes are cheating me on a recent product purchase. They only call back when complaint reminders are made, and their standard dialogues are "what is the problem", "we are sorry", "we will escalate the matter". Bloody hell with your escalations, you have made me 50 such calls in last 15days since I raised the complaint for a defective water filter purchased online through Eureka's website. On every calls there is a new person and I have to repeat the complaint all over again.
The case is very simple, I received the defective product on 28-Mar-2022 and I have not even installed it due to its faults. The tap position is cross and too loose and there is a vicer lingering on the tap. Due to overall cheap quality and defects I want to return the product and get my money back. Every time the assurance is given to process return request but till date Eureka forbes have not collected the product nor processed my refund.
