EurekaForbes.com — Dr. Aquaguard - purchased and returned - but they haven't refunded my money | |||||
I have purhcased "Dr. Aquaguard booster" which i have purchased on 19 Dec 2015 under NO questions asked" return policy [30 days]. [ Refund policy link : http://www.eurekaforbes.com/Return-and-Refund-Policy] I have raised service request as water was not clear and want them to service which they didn't even turned up for 10 days. No one called / visited my home premises. I got fed up and raised a return request after 10 days.. I made around 1000+ calls to their customer care / all other officials but no one responded. Sending mail since past two months .. no one even responded to my email even after continues follow-up. I will attach my email followup to this complaint. They are not responding for email, calls or any other communication mode .. Below are the persons I have discussed with (customer care, nageshwar rao, maheshwari, venkateshwarlu, Anjaneyulu) now finally I got number of Nagavardhan[protected] Vineet[protected]Who promised to raise refund in 24hrs -- this was around 2 weeks back). now he also stopped responding / receiving my calls.
