EurekaForbes.com — Dr. Aquaguard - purchased and returned - but they haven't refunded my money

I have purhcased "Dr. Aquaguard booster" which i have purchased on 19 Dec 2015 under NO questions asked"

I have raised service request as water was not clear and want them to service which they didn't even turned up for 10 days. No one called / visited my home premises.

I got fed up and raised a return request after 10 days.. I made around 1000+ calls to their customer care / all other officials but no one responded. Sending mail since past two months .. no one even responded to my email even after continues follow-up. I will attach my email followup to this complaint.

After continuous followup, they finally picked up the product on 2nd Feb 2016 and now not returning my money back .. They are not responding for email, calls or any other communication mode ..

Vineet[protected]Who promised to raise refund in 24hrs -- this was around 2 weeks back). now he also stopped responding / receiving my calls.
