[Resolved] EurekaForbes.com — service is not providing during warranty period

I created service request on 26th Sep. Still no one visited and fixed the issue. Last 10 days daily i am escalating this issue.But no update from technical team. Ref- EFL0142222: Complaint number [protected].

When ever i sent a mail to proper team, they are sending below details on daily.

Please note we are escalating your open service request to concern area service manager to ensure technician will visit your premises within today as early as possible and addresses your concerns.

In your database product is showing in warranty from 05/10/2017 to 04/10/2018.

We have forwarded your concern to our concerned team.
