I, booked a dr. Aquaguard eterniti through on line on their site (Order id is [protected] and customer id is [protected]), the same has been received on 07 mar 2016 and kept with me with package. I need to replaced/change with this product to dr. Aquaguard magna uv. Necessary replacement form has already been filled through on line and request id is #001215 on 15 mar 2016.
