Hi,
After 20 days of frustration I am writing this I bought an AMC from Aquaguard on 01-Oct-23. Still, my water purifier is not working.
Observed few things
1.Technicians have a scope to cheat customers as they were saying replaced parts are not to give it to customers as per policy .
is it right if yes could you pls send me terms and conditions.
2.we don't know whether they changed cartridges and all filters. If they take new ones and sell outside how can we make sure this will not happen?
3.Do you have the Serial number for parts ?
4.is there any SLA to give service as i am waiting almost 20 days and still buying water outside who will pay as this is
completely a mistake by Aqua guard.
I don't want to waste my time calling daily ...is there any way to get my AMC money refunded?
